Wal-Mart Portrait Studio

The mismanagement of time regarding the portrait studio at the Normandy Walmart is unbelievable. We waited 10 minutes at a vacant portrait studio for our appointment, when a couple stood before us waiting for the associate. The associate was paged and then ignored the page. The district manager then had to come to the studio in order to start the process, stating that the associate had not been paged. The session did not begin until 15 minutes after the appointment time. Thank goodness the district manager was here to gather the photos to the couple waiting before us, allowing us to begin. If not, it would have been another 15 minutes as they wrapped up just as we started. Once started!
