Elegance Limousine Service in Los Angeles

where do i even begin to explain how upset i am with this "Elegance limo service"...at first they were really nice and generous made us a great deal and i accepted it.Driver was nothing nice or friendly got straight to his job in and out of his seat didnt even smile or talk! 20 minutes into our ride to hollywood the light AND music go out,we sat in the dark with nothing on. He dropped us off at our destination,after 3 hours i was hoping he would come back to pick us up with good news but NO our whole wayy home we sat in the dark. My bday eneded up being a mess. LONg story short owner screwed us over and made a deal that he did not follow through with. Cops were called to the scene. WHAT A MESS OF SERVICE! DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. i might even have to file a claim or sue its rediculous
