Valvoline Instant Oil Change

During my oil change the serviceman approached me (as usual) with the engine air filter and cabin air filter in hand. I knew the car had a cabin filter, but was unsure exactly how to access it and how often to change it. I agreed that it looked dirty and inquired as to how much for a replacement. When I was told $79.99, I was shocked at such an amount for a relatively small simple looking filter. I asked why so much and was told `these are expensive due to the fine filtration level they provide' I told him that I really couldn't afford that amount for little a filter at this time. He gave me a very concerned look and He offered a $20 reduction to $59.99. Also, they offered $39.99 for oil change and tire rotation at the beginning, but, at the last, this was $54.99. I have sent my claim letter to EZ Lube Corporate. I find this kind of business practice to be deceptive, dishonest and unprofessional. All EZ LUBE national wide has similar attitude while I found some reviews. I want to inform everybody of not going ahead to EZ LUBE. Please post this review all internet review site and prevent another victims from this kind of terrible business attitude. Please do not come by EZ LUBE!!!
