Coleman Court

Coleman Court is a 79-unit senior apartment complex located in the "Old Towne" area of the City of Torrance. The property is centrally located to suburban shopping and one-half block from a wonderful senior community center. All apartments have private patios, heat/air conditioning units, a range and refrigerator and an emergency call system which connects to the front office and manager's apartment. Residents are encouraged to use the outdoor community area and a garden where residents can grow vegetables. To create a community atmosphere, free coffee and donuts are provided every Friday, weekly bingo games are held and movies are regularly shown in the community room. Each month resident birthdays are acknowledged with a party for everyone to enjoy. Seasonal holidays are routinely celebrated with themed parties.
