Two years ago we had a very expensive heat pump installed in our property, with the assurance from the installer & owner (KEVIN BRAY) any issues or service requirements would be their company obligations.
On recent times we have learned the pump is not consistently working as it did before and have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to contact the COMPANY and its OWNER and have received 0 calls in return.
I would highly advise ANYONE who is in need to have a heat pump installed or of any ventilation service needed, to stay away from the company RIVERVIEW VENTILATION in MIRA.
