Salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He took detailed notes regarding special instructions or requests for installers. Roof was inspected prior to installation. Installation services are contracted. Roof was installed very, very quickly. My old roof was in terrible shape so the quick installation was a blessing. Please note that hardi plank wood in any roofing area may be chipped during installation as the metal has to go under the wood. Overall I'm very pleased with the outcome. I've received several compliments from neighbors. I'm grateful because my life has been changed forever. Below are before and after pictures.

Our roof was installed by Gator Metal Roofing in June, and we've been pleased with it so far! Adan Rodriguez and his team were a pleasure to work with- fast, communicative, hard-working, and conscientious. They made the necessary repairs prior to installation, and kept the area around the house clean and free of debris. We've received many compliments from our neighbors, both for the style and color (bronze). The photos below show the poor state of the roof before installation, and the tremendous difference that the metal roof made. Many thanks, Gator Metal Roofing!

Doug came out and talked to us for a couple hours explaining everything in detail and making sure we understood everything. Nice guy and Friendly. He kept in touch to let my wife and I know what was going on. Travis, another great guy came out and measured for the materials that the crew would need to do the job. So by the time Doug and Travis came out and the materials were delivered, We had our new roof in about two weeks. That was pretty quick considering where we live and to get the metal cut and all the materials delivered and the crew were done in less than a day. So everything turned out great.

Having dealt with other roofers on our primary residence where we felt like our concerns did not matter, Gator Roofing was a wonderful respite. From first contact to final cleanup, everything was smooth and as promised. We felt listened to and understood, which is a major service driver for us. We love our new metal roof! We’ve had lots of compliments. The workers had it finished in 2 days and did a great job. The business itself should be quicker in getting the inspection done and sending out the warranty certificate. Overall we are pleased with Gator Metal Roofing.

Our roof presented different challenges with multiple peaks, valleys, and architectural shingles. The install crew was great, addressed any issues that arose, and were very polite. The roof looks fantastic and has totally changed the appearance of the house.

We are very pleased with our new Gator Metal roof! They do what they promise and they do it on schedule. Prices are fair and they make it easy to pay. The crew they sent to install was very courteous and respectful of our property. They were quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We could not be happier or more satisfied with the entire process. From the time we were first contacted by Sarah, all the way through the installation, we were always kept in the loop of where we were in the process. Sarah even answered phone calls and text when she was on vacation or on the weekends!! The crew showed up and got to work right away, they were done in under two days. Our roof looks AMAZING and we could not have found a better company to do it. Gator Metal Roofing could not have a better representative of it's product then the folks we meet through this process, Sarah, Denise, and the entire installation crew!! Top notch professionalism and experience for other businesses to emulate!!

Very happy with our new roof from Gator. Reasonable price, great quality, and prompt responses from everyone involved in the process. We went from not knowing what to do with our leaking shingle roof to having a beautiful, solid metal roof in just over two weeks time. Our neighbor was so impressed with them and their work that he bought a roof from them as well. Definitely recommend and would absolutely use them again (hopefully won’t need to in my lifetime though since we now have a 50 year warrantied, beautiful new metal roof!). 👍👍
