Bought a new home and immediately had air conditioning unit issues. The upstairs is way too hot, the downstairs seems to keep temp properly. Had them come out 3 times to be told ots fine. Called another AC company out just to look at it (did not let them fix anytbing as to not void the warranty. Was told immediately the AC Unit is not big enough for the square footage of the home. They are using a 2.5 ton AC which isnt even close to big enough for the square footage, even by the builders math which I have via text. It took months for them to look at the issue to ultimately figure out they didnt even hook up the too small AC unit properly to begin with. Had condensation dripping from one of the vents so bad we had to put a towel down to catch it. The ducts in side the wall had enough condensation that it left water marks on the drywall. Mr. Miller said he checked and the drywall had no mold and didnt need to replaced just repainted. Was told he would send someone out when able to paint it. That was in September and he still has not sent anyone. Told me to stop texting him and if I had an issue with it to paint it myself. It is an easy job to accomplish but its the point the buolder takes no accountability for any poor work they do. Beautiful looking home at first site, once living there seeing a lot of small issues that show poor worksmanship
