The service was horrible, Chris didn’t know what was going on and gave wrong information. My credit union was requesting documents for a letter of credit, we waited 2 days for that and on the third day Chris called me saying they would not accept a letter of credit for payment, he was also very rude to my banker telling him that he never heard of this small credit union and when he said they are FDIC insured he started yelling at him asking what FDIC Insured meant. My advice is to stay away from them.

I literally can not say enough about them. My purchase was 100% positive, and they made everything so smooth. We bought from out of state, and had to get a virtual appraisal on our trade. They asked what I was looking to get for my trade, evaluated the situation, and gave me what I was hoping for. Upon arrival at the dealership, the equipment we wanted was absolutely as described and possibly even better than expected. The price on our purchase was great, beyond competitive with comparable machines. After the purchase, while leaving the dealership, I was sadly involved in an accident with the trailer. Chris came to my aid, towed my equipment to their body shop and gave us a free appraisal on the repair. They offered me a hotel room, and even called a few times over the next week to check and see how I felt after the accident. They went way above and beyond for me and truly made the whole process very enjoyable. Even the parts that were not enjoyable, they were there and offered help and support that dealers I have purchased multiple equipments from over many years never would have offered me.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My husband had been in contact for several days about a specific equipment. The salesperson Chris and my husband set up a time for him to look at it. My husband drove over an hour to the lot and when he arrived, they told him the machine had sold 20 minutes before he got there! Unbelievable, would not recommend to anyone.

I filled out a kbb instant cash offer and Chris contacted me saying they wanted my equipment and was constantly asking me to come see him. I explained that I live over 6 hours away. I was completely honest on the kbb assessment about the damage it has. I finally got time to come see him and he wouldn’t even make an offer on it, he said that his boss doesn’t want a salvage tractor in the inventory. So I drove all that way and used all that gas to be turned away because even though the tractor matched what I put they didn’t want my tractor after all. I understand business and I know dealerships are looking for tractors that they can get the biggest profit off of, but to have me wasted that much time and gas when the damage was what I put to the best of my abilities. I definitely won’t be back.

Very poor customer service. I called at 10 am regarding a tractor, Chris told me that the machine is available, I wanted to pay a deposit to hold it for me but he said that he has to talk with his boss to see if he has anything scheduled on the unit and he will get back with a call, 5 hours later after calling over 5 times he called me and told me that the tractor was sold. Very unprofessional!

I purchased a John Deere 60G recently from Forestry Equipment, I think it took them less than a week to deliver the unit, was definitely dirty since it was uncovered but I gave it a wash and I saw no issues at all. In the end, $1000 was pretty good for what they did.

I received white glove treatment from beginning to end. My initial inquiry and ultimate agreement on price were all done online and via phone as I live over 1000 miles away. All in all, everything worked out great for an out-of-stater who had reservations about buying a nice bobcat in this manner.
