I gotta say , I was looking through town my question could not be answered without a riddle. I called this place and they had a straight answer And a solution. My computer was locking up and freezing. Over the phone and under 20 minutes they helped me get things working and do all the fixes. ( guided me through it) Since they helpd me over the phone they did not want to charge me. I did send a small gift to their email but they were not really wanting to give me their email to take the money! I was told hands on services is how they get. And they wont do hands on if they can trouble shoot by remote. I have to say. I was pleased with this type of service.
