In order to address this question in the most comprehensive way, you need to see an MS specialist - and preferably the one who has experience using many different DMTs and therefore has professional insight on how they may compare to each other. In clinical research DMTs rarely enter head-to-head comparison trials, especially if they are of similar efficacy. Any two “high efficacy” DMTs really never got scientifically compared.
