The customer service is outstanding, you call, they respond within 5 minutes, look up doctors for you and are so helpful. I needed a doctor for a rash that kept getting worse and they provided me a list of doctors in network, I called one, set an appointment, went as scheduled, didn't have to pay anything at the time of the appointment and two weeks later I got a statement in the mail along with a check from the insurance company. When I called them to ask if I needed to pay the doctor they said no, your bill has been paid, the check is for the extra left over after paying the doctor from the plans allotted benefit amount. An insurance company that helps you shop, save, and then passes the savings on to you? My kind of company!!!
