This is the worst company to deal with.
If I could rate them -10 I would have.
Shannon and Niki were hired to provide support care for my brother who is in the last stage of Alzheimer’s.
At first, despite numerous substitutions in scheduled care aides, service was adequate.
One of their care aides, the only male on their staff, caused aspiration of food in my brother right in front of me, even though this person had been given careful instruction of feeding many many times previously.
Upon my reporting of this incident, with instruction that this care aide not visit our home again, Shannon and Niki refused to address my complaint or concern, but instead cut me off from all services except initiated rolling and dressing of my brother.
Apparently the male care aide denied being the person responsible for the aspiration of food...denied being present at all.
He denied making my brother cry...”no you” when he attempted to come near my brother after this incident.
It’s too bad that my brother is unable to verbalize what transpired during this incident...but then this care aide knew that and was counting on that fact.
I have never dealt with a service provider who has dealt so underhandedly with a client, and I would advise anyone who is considering this particular service provider to run, not walk, away from signing up with Eclipse Foundation in Trail for care of their loved one.
