Today I received a horrible Custummer service, I came 12minutes late. She said we cannot take you today, your appointment was at 3pm and not at 3:12pm . So I told her I know but it was an accident that’s why I’m a little bit late. I told her I don’t mind if I have to wait for the last person to past, I can wait to.
She said no why can not take you today. I was upset that she respond like that so I ask for my refund. She gave me my refund and she didn’t try to keep me as a customer. Pleas don’t come to this location people.
