I have had issue relating to authenticity of a perfume I bought from them. I usually buy from fragrancebuy, perfumeonline etc, as they’re more reliable. This supplier doesn’t have dedicated helpline number. You get helpline number once you place an order. When you call, it always go to voicemail and they never return the call.

I expressed my concern over authenticity of creed perfume I bought from them as the creed pamphlet inside the box had spelling mistake. This seller blamed me as being a scammer! I seriously condemn such people. Calling customer as a scammer just because the customer had genuine concern is the lowest level of mentality and customer service.

Try better options out there. Do not buy from these morons.
