Our movers,sam and jerry , were punctual right on time, friendly, helpful (they were ready and willing to do a lot more than we needed them to), efficient (our whole move took only a couple of hours and they wasted no time), and careful (nothing was dropped or damaged and they left little opportunity for accidents to happen). We were also impressed by the rate that was competitive with other movers who have given us much poorer service, as well as the honesty and transparency in the quote and billing process. jeet, who helped us with arranging the move, was remarkably prompt and helpful when we had questions and needed to make changes.
