Averra Developments was founded by long-time friends Guy Taylor and Gavin McLeod. We came together through our passion for designing and building quality homes and are dedicated to our clients. Years of academic and professional experience and healthy personal chemistry are the foundation of Averra as a thriving custom home building company in Vancouver, BC.
