Paradise Congregate Living is a Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) also know as small Sub-Acute Center licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services as a (6) bed Congregate Living Health Facility in North Hollywood CA, in which we provide 24hr skilled nursing services with LVN's and CNA's (24hrs) per day with onsite RN supervision and case management. All of our patients ongoing medical care and treatments are overseen and supervised by a Physicians.

Our facility is actually a home nestled in a residential community. It has fully equipped kitchen and entertainment areas, as well as fully landscaped backyard with therapeutic activities. Patients rooms are tastefully decorated and individualized to each resident. Each patient has their own private large bedroom with its own entry and exit with French doors leading to the backyard grounds overlooking a very well landscaped area. Bedrooms have hardwood flooring with attached closets and Satellite cable already installed.
