Exodus Counseling

I provide counseling to individuals who are struggling in their relationships and professional lives possibly due to old messages in their past that replay into their current daily life. I help them to retrain themselves to go against those old patterns of thinking and to believe in themselves and their abilities to leave the old drama behind and recreate new patterns and successful living. I am eclectic and use a variety of approaches including: psychoanalytic analyzing learned patterns from childhood, mindfulness approach to help clients relax with themselves and transition easier, and then cognitive behavior approach where they change their thinking and behaviors change based on their new thinking in regards to themselves.
