As well as provide the world with the perfect Cuppa Tea. Currently we offer a variety of services including Fitness Programs, and Wellness Retreats, TEAtorials, Tea Parties as well as private functions for all occasions. Check out our EVENTS page for all the latest and greatest information.

We pride ourselves on the dynamic fitness classes we are able to offer our clients, supporting people in their commitment to whole health. Our goal is to encourage everyone, from every fitness level to lead a Happy Healthier life. Our FITNESS CLASSES and BODYWORK Treatments are at our home studio in Langley.

Our vision is to open the Worlds Greatest Teahouse & Studio called The GINGER JAR in Spring 2017. We will offer a huge selection of loose leaf teas, and hand crafted tea blends. We want to create a space that everyone is welcome.
