I’m Kathleen Day, founder of The Enrichment Group. After years of working in a commercial bank I found the “banker’s approach” to be cold, impersonal and driven by profitability. With a passion for helping people achieve financial success, I had a dream of creating a firm founded on the principle of trust. That’s why I built The Enrichment Group in 1987, a firm where clients come first, and where financial planning is very personal, very professional and totally client-centered.

I started small – just me back then. But, over time, we’ve grown into a team of passionate, highly credentialed financial planners and investment professionals who are knowledgeable, trustworthy and empathetic. Our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals are, in reality, a team of advisors, coaches and teachers who will show you how to evaluate money and use it as a tool to achieve your most important personal life goals. Our firm is fee-based, and we act as fiduciaries, so your interest always comes first. It’s all about you, just the way I’ve intended it to be.
