About Sixpax

Sixpax is Chicago’s South Loop core studio, bringing Pilates to the people. We feature new STOTT Pilates® equipment and Redcord® (and a bit of attitude because of our expertise). We want you to be yourself but stronger. We have fun, make noise and get in shape in our group classes. We make a little less noise, have fun and sculpt you in our private sessions. You can mix it up with Pilates (mat and reformer), 50/50 cardio class, Bells & Bosu®, Cardiolates®, sculpt classes, and Sixpax640+ circuit class. Fitness and training never felt so flexible.
