Acro Yoga Immersion with Patrick Brady Valentines Day weekend at Black Sheep Yoga Studio in Oceanside. Join the guru of Acro Yoga as he offers two workshops for all levels of yogis. For those looking to try Acro for the first time, join us on Saturday the 15th for a two hour hands on overview into the world of Acro Yoga.
