One Life Fitness

Our mission is to provide various ongoing activities to the community promoting fitness and health in a safe and fun environment that is convenient to participants; to continue to find creative and inspiring ways to increase the fitness level of participants and keep them motivated, invigorated, and confident about their body, health and wellness. One Life Fitness, LLC is a startup company that is aimed at providing effective fitness courses, workshops and consulting services to interested organizations, corporations, groups and individuals. One Life Fitness stands by their motto “you only have one life make it fit for you” by making a variety of fitness courses available to be taught at various facilities, being active in enrolling participants into a program, and assisting clients with hosting and planning educational fitness and/or health workshops. One Life Fitness, LLC also focuses on providing a wide range of fitness consulting services to fitness instructors and to individuals that are interested in becoming fitness instructors. Our fitness services range from personal training and aerobic courses to diet planning or eating modifications.
