Contracted to paint a single family NewEnglander 4/5/2012 for $1500. Agreed to have it completed by 4/30/2012.Work started on May 1st. Power washing flooded 3season porch,Paint chips scattered over lawn and plantings, porch window cracked. 2 weeks later house is sprayed but trim is only completed on 2 sides. Complaining that he couldn't meet payroll and promising to finnish that day, I foolishly paid the balance. Never returned to finish the work, claiming hospitalization. Promised to contact his x wife's boyfriend to complete job. No show!
