I would give zero stars but that is not an option! CONSUMER BEWARE! If you need any amenities contact the hotel directly!! FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN!!! I searched for hours for a hotel in Baton Rouge LA, and I thought I was calling the actual hotel but was directed to hotelsplus. When speaking to the Rep. I advised him of my room needs, smoking with a whirlpool tub. He guaranteed that the room met my needs. I arrived a day early and on check in the hotel informed me that the room is a nonsmoking room but could down grade me taking a need I requested away. This is unacceptable, I contacted Hotelsplus and let them know that their rep. did guaranteed that the room would meet my needs and it did not. They did check the area for a hotel that would but did not find anything. They have made no attempt to fix their rep's error...just said sorry...they charged me $150/night-the hotel charged me $132 for my 1 night before my original reservations. Hotelplus would not match this price and would not do anything to satisfy a paying customer. I have been in customer service for over 20years. Lesson one - DONOT guarantee something that may not work out, this is wrong and a liability and it is not good business and the fact that Hotelsplus is not doing anything to make it correct or fix the problem is WRONG and not a business to deal with
