We include the following with the rental of each suite:- receptionist- personalized telephone answering service (monthly charge for telephone line)- incoming and outgoing mail handling- 24-hour access, 24-hour security staff (building lobby)- 10-hour complimentary usage of boardroom, - use of fax number on stationary- business name on main lobby, elevator directory & office door ($350.00 one time fee)- complimentary tea/coffee- use of lunch room, microwave oven, refrigerator & dishwasher- property taxes, janitorial, light, heat & electricity.
