BEWARE! Facts-(1)Antonio replaced my cracked windshield “only 1 person needed to install” (2)the tape he used peeled paint off my car; he used a yellow tape - not blue or any other that is safe for auto paint “don’t worry, it won’t peel your paint , you just go ahead and remove it in the morning” (3)driving assist features stopped working “2018 doesn’t require ADAS calibration” (4)after removing the tape I saw the windshield was not even flush with the frame - there were gaps because he does it alone / need 2 ppl to do the job properly. You know a reputable business when they make a mistake - they stand behind their work. Fact - (1)he said he’d take care of it - he lied. (2)Then he said his mother died. I offered my condolences & gave him more time - (3)then he just disappeared. (4)I AM LEFT WITH A DEFECTIVE WINDSHIELD GLASS & PAINT PEELED OFF ROOF OF MY BRAND NEW CAR. (See pics attached- I hope I will be able to post all pics !). (5)Thank God my brother is an attorney - justice will prevail! (6)There are plenty of similar businesses- with a work ethic ! (7)Untrustworthy, disrespectful, & highly irresponsible. (8)No accountability whatsoever!!!(9)BTW - if by chance Antonio reaches out after reading this & honestly corrects his error. (This means Hyundai dealership will strip all paint off roof & also replace and/or calibrate windshield, etc & he will pay for all including the rental car for all the days this will take)…I will stop all litigation immediately & write another review acknowledging such). This is ALL factual folks. No defamation here Antonio. I’m just a customer who trusted you (you claimed 25 years of experience - hard to believe ) with a cracked windshield. I paid you instantly “CASH ONLY” via Zelle to your wife? 🤔 You never sent an invoice (“in an hour”) as promised. PLEASE folks - IF you use him ask to see his liability insurance & his AGRSS certification - have him sign something / PROTECT YOURSELF!!! Caveat emptor - some things I’ve learned… (1)Don’t pay out-of-pocket because your insurance will hold them accountable and also (2)go with someone reputable like Safelite perhaps. (3)sign a waiver / get invoice. Remember folks you could be the next one he makes a mistake with; what a headache!
