We have been using FW Cleaning for over a year and have been generally happy with the service. Last week we were both out of the house when the cleaning team came and so we provided door codes for the team to enter. They left 40 minutes before the scheduled cleaning end time (we have exterior cameras) and when I got home a few hours later I also noticed a pair of $700 designer shoes were missing. I immediately alerted the company, assuming the team had put them somewhere I wouldn’t think to look. After searching the house high and low for four days and hearing from the cleaning team that they “didn’t see them” I’m drawing the only possible conclusion that the team took advantage of us not being home and not only didn’t perform a complete service that we had paid for but also thought they could get away with stealing something that might go unnoticed. The company’s only response was that I should file a police report.
