HORRIBLE COMPANY and TERRIBLE SERVICE. Continued charging to mow my mothers lawn despite the lawn being completely dead. Del with Dove Yard Care never thought to mention that the $50 weekly was to mow dirt. They have no options to pay them except mailing a check, and they claim to never receive the check in the mail. They then decided to forward my $600 balance to a collection agency and added $400 in fees!! They claim the fees are from the collection agency but the agency is adamant that $1015 is the amount Dove Yard Care sent in for collections. Avoid this unethical (mowing a dead lawn) and dishonest (lying about balance to collection company) company at all costs.
