About Notary Public and Legal Document Assistant - My name is Fernando Hidalgo. I'm a Christian Notary Public and a Certified Paralegal (English & Spanish speaking). As a Notary Public appointed by the state of Florida I witness the signing of important documents, execute notary statements, make use of a notary seal or a notary stamp and administer oaths. I can also perform marriage ceremonies anywhere the couple wishes. As a Certified Paralegal/Legal Assistant I am professionally trained in the practical aspects of legal work by completing needed information in legal documents for my clients. All the work I do is kept confidential.

Florida Notary Public Services - Besides performing wedding ceremonies (civil marriage ceremonies), notarizing documents, as well as translating documents and many other services, as a mobile or traveling Notary Public I will travel to your Home, Office, Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Business, Work, School, Funeral Home or at another predetermined location for an added fee. We can set up an appointment for a time and place that will be more comfortable for you. I am bonded and also carry a Florida Notary Public E&O Policy.

Legal Document Assistance - As a Legal Assistant I provide Legal Document Assistance providing direct assistance to self help clients who will be representing themselves in legal matters without an attorney. However, in cases where the services of an attorney are completely necessary or you simply wish an attorney to take your case, we can help you find the right one for your specific case. All my services have a fee displayed next to its description. As an added service I can pick up/deliver the documents at client's homes or at another predetermined location for an added fee, depending on the location, but complete all the work in my home office. I can also help clients from other areas in the state of Florida by mail or over the internet for paralegal services only.
