After living in our place with only a bath and no shower (as well as a period with no cold water downstairs) YB Plumbing Service came along and gave us our sanity back! The plumber was a friendly, trustworthy and hardworking guy. Our shower installation wasn't an easy one and we are SO thrilled with the results. Our downstairs tap is fantastic. He provided clear advice on fixtures and processes and worked cleanly and quickly. We'd happily recommend YB Plumbing Service to anyone in need of a decent plumber.

I want to take the time to tell you how I felt about the work you and your team have done for me. Beginning with the person who answers your phone, to a person, everyone was courteous, understanding, professional and helpful. Sewer problems are very stressful or a homeowner and it meant a lot to have the calming reassurance that your team members extended to me during this recent ordeal. In addition, the work crew operated like a well-oiled machine, everyone working together to get a very complex job (62 feet of new sewer line buried in very rocky terrain). I was impressed with the skill and precision of the equipment operators, the foreman kept everything in motion all day. The sewer replacement and 10 foot cast iron drain replacement all happened in about 8 hours and they left everything looking cleaned up and tidy. I have already recommended YB Plumbing Service to my neighbor!

We had a serious plumbing problem. We felt that they did not want to get involved so they submitted an outrageous bid. Three times what we paid someone else reputable.

I was not pleased with there service. They said that they would come and repair and underground gas leak and never came out and didn't return my call when I asked them about it. Donald makes the company sound good on the phone but there actions show that they are not dependable or reliable. I went with another company. :-(

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.
