Very upset and Frustrated I Spent $1,091.78 on a fridge and a stove.. my order # is 44069008 the Delivery date is
Delivery date 6/30/20...we ordered the
Order date 6/8/20...
Today is the delivery day Guess what no Delivery.. I called the warehouse in Utah to confirm my order was confirmed and correct and the delivery date was still the same 2 weeks ago.. I call today and now for some reason my local rc Willy's says the delivery is now for 07/07/20... WTF!!!!
I receive no call changing my delivery date I receive no email changing my delivery date prior or even for today I had to call to find this out I checked the status online and it shows it delivered it was still the same I check the status over the phone and it showed the delivery was still the same why in the world has my delivery and change for a different day we just took everything out of her house last night on the stove and the fridge and we no longer have those in the house and they were not coming back in because they're gone I don't understand how a big company could make up such a mess and not have my delivery ready and to me today I received no notification whatsoever I should have at least received an email if not at least should have received a call knowing that the person that was supposed to get this sent to was going to be sent an update on delivery this is completely unacceptable no big company should be able to just change a delivery day and not notify the person that spent over the thousand dollars for their purchases to be delayed this sounds like a little Craigslist company that doesn't have this s*** together I don't understand we were going to buy furniture and everything from you guys you guys completely just lost our business will you just order a new flooring and it's not from you guys because you guys do not even communicate.we have a very big family of 7 kids and we're sitting here without a fridge or a stove. I know most of everyone doesn't care but someone should care. This is not how you run a business..
Please I want some one to contact me..when I spoke to their representative in the meridian office they told me that we should have been send email but she looked and there was no email of anything sent to us so she apologized because she said that it was your guys's fault,.so we're going to have to sit here for 8 days before we receive are fridge and stove completely unacceptable I want something done about it now.
