Brand BBQ is a cozy, modern BYOB restaurant in the hippest neighborhood (in our humble opinion) in Chicago, Logan Square. We’ve been serving up our non-traditional take on BBQ since October, 2009. Our homey space is filled with the scent of smokers working round the clock in the kitchen, buzz-worthy fare like Burnt Ends and Turducken, and a staff that loves ‘Q as much as you. We put our own twist on classics like pork belly, pulled duck, mac ‘n cheese and even ice cream (there’s bacon in it!) As a result, we simply cannot identify with one specific region of BBQ as our influence, and like all the Greats throughout Food History, we are paving our own way. Join us. Chef Sweet Charity Smith adds a whole lot of personality and a little bit of gourmet flair to standard menu items as well as unique offerings like: “The Brandcheezie” – a Gorgonzola Stuffed Venison Sausage, wrapped in bacon, topped with carmelized onions and a house-made Brandy Cherry Sauce, “The Hedonist” – Brand’s burger topped with bacon, grilled onions and decadent mac ‘n cheese sauce, And their latest creation “The Brandeurysm” – an 18? meal so gargantuan in size and stature that anyone who consumes it in an hour alone doesn’t pay for it. Brand BBQ Market offers eight home-made sauces and a variety of retail items from Bourbon-Smoked Candied Pecans to rubs & wood briquettes for the BBQ enthusiast.
