Absolutely HORRIBLE quality, as well as a rip off.
The short story: I placed a rush order for 4 womens sized large, and 1 womens sized small polo shirts, that was supposed to be completed by 6 pm. 1) They were not done until 8:15pm 2) They were MENS sized large (came almost down to our knees), and actually seemed freakishly large. 3) Horrible quality. I thought they would be printed, and they were iron ons. Who ever cut them out, didn't use a straight edge, and they are not straight or even. It actually looks like a child cut them out. 4) I told them I was unhappy immediately (5 minutes after my assistant left the building I called them), and was told by Rafeal to bring them back the next day, he had someplace to go. The next day, he changed his mind and said he would not take them back.
The long story:
Last week, I was awarded a last minute out of town job. Realizing I only had a couple of company shirts left that were mens size large, and my assistant and I are both women, I started looking for a palce that could fill a rush order for us. I stumbled onto this place, and when I told him (Rafeal) what I wanted, he said he could do it by 6pm. He quoted me $25 per shirt, which was very high, but since he said he could do it by 6pm, I agreed. I (a woman), personally placed the order. I told him the shirts were for me and my assistant. While on the phone with Rafeal, I asked my assistant (also a woman) what her size was. She said large. Rafeal then asked me if I wanted men or womens shirts, and I confirmed womens.
Well, not only are these not womens shirts, they are like sumo sized mens shirts. AND they are done horribly. Terrible workmanship. They are actually iron ons (For $25 each!), and they are cut out like a child did it. Crooked lines, uneven corners. Sides already pealing up. Completely un wearable.
Rafeal told me to bring them back the next day. Since I was going out of town, I had another bring them back. Rafeal has now decided that there are "No refunds". I will definitely be taking this up with our credit card company in a dispute.
Horrible quality. Terrible workmanship. Very bad attitudes. Bad ethics. Does not stand behind his work. What more can I say?
