COMPLETE SCAM. Mark Morrow, may seem trustworthy but buyer beware.
'Completely unprofessional' would be an understatement, he is a LIAR & THIEF.
He's had a $10,000+ deposit since December 2021. Promised kitchen installation in Feb 2022. Since then I've heard every excuse in the book, multiple installation dates have been scheduled, delayed, rescheduled, delayed again...(Supply chain is NOT the issue here, according to him my materials were in stock and ordered months ago.) He has 'guaranteed' delivery but his 'word' is absolutely meaningless.
8 months later and I still don't have a kitchen.
I've demanded my cabinets be delivered onsite or my money be returned but he cannot produce either.
In his own words, he would 'like' to refund my deposit BUT doesn't HAVE the money to return.
I've had to retain a lawyer and now off to court to reclaim my funds.
Warning to any potential clients - save your money and don't waste your time.
*Other positive reviews here should be taken with a grain of salt as at least one is Mark, giving himself 5 stars. Given my experience I would not be surprised to learn any positive review is FAKE.
