Awful place, very unprofessional! An old female nail tech (I think she was fresh out of school) was rough and burned me multiple times during my spa pedicure, with scalding water from my pedi, burned me when removing my polish with the nail drill, and then burned me again with the hot wax. She rolled her eyes at me, talked sh*t about me to the nail tech beside her (gives it away when you speak Vietnamese, and the lady you are talking to keeps looking up at me) This was my first and last visit to this place. I won’t be back. Unacceptable!
