At First Street Lofts, we are incredibly pet friendly and understand how important it is to have your furry friend with you through every life event, including moving. We require a $500 one-time deposit when you sign the lease and have a $50 monthly fee per pet. Additionally, we limit pet weight to 50 lbs and don’t allow any aggressive breeds.
