The Pub & Local Market in Charlie Lake

The pub is located just outside of Fort St John on the Alaska Highway in Charlie Lake. The locals are happy to have it back up and running as it was always a favorite spot of the community. The approach this time around is to create it to be more of an event center, providing great food great times, hosting an annual Farmer's Market every Sunday weather permitting Supporting local entrepreneurs, artisans and local growers. The lake is situated adjacent to the property for boaters and enjoyment of all kinds for folks, there is a Rotary RV park right next to it and this structure sits on the creek. Kayaking available for those who would like to enjoy Ducks Unlimited sanctuary for birds. There is plenty of parking for big trucks and RV's so traveller's can stop and enjoy one of many wonderful cocktails and good eats by Chef Chris Boehm The Red Barn Eatery.
