I am a person who is keen about helping others stay healthy, fit and active. I studied Kinesiology at University, and then pursued my teaching degree. For more than a decade, I have taught physical education and coached high school students; however, always wanting to broaden my knowledge and challenge myself, I started taking different courses (personal training, and yoga).
