Flaman Fitness Kelowna has supported The Kelowna Women's shelter since 2010, which aids women and children escape toxic environments and get back on their feet. In 2015, we proudly raised an amazing $30,000 for the shelter during the first annual Kelowna Women’s Shelter Golf Tournament. Since that time we have not only taken part in the golf tournament every year but have donated fitness equipment to the shelter to help women increase their confidence and tackle the world anew.
