à uilibre Ergo is an occupational therapy clinic specializing in mental health, geared towards helping individuals with diagnostics such as depression, adaptation disorders, anxiety disorders and post traumatric disorders. Since 70% of leave of absences from work are related to mental health issues in Quebec (CNESST, 2014), workers, businesses, medical teams and third patrty payers have difficulty providing preventative, curative and research based interventions for health improvements of indivuduals on short term or long term disability. Since the meaningful activity is at the core of occupational therapy, it is used as the main objective of therapy. Following an evaluation, the occupational therapist develop a program of personalized and motivating interventions, based on the person's goals, including return to or maintain presence at work.
