We provide professional counselling to adults and teens with various mental health and relationship issues. We strive to provide result-oriented and respectful services that are tailored to individual needs of a client. We provide individual, couples, group counselling and a comprehensive DBT program for treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, self-harming behaviours, emotional vulnerability, relational difficulties, and unstable self-image. Our services are covered by private insurance and can be covered by disability benefits.
