We are independent ERP consultants assisting organizations in business process improvement, system selection and implementation. Our advice is based on extensive knowledge of systems and industry best practice across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, financial, distribution, professional services, public sector, construction, hospitality, and not-for-profit organizations.

• Software Selection – Instead of product sellers, our team is led by professional consultants with years of real-life experience helping business owners and managers eliminate inefficiencies and improve their business processes.
• Business Process Review and Improvement – There is no better opportunity for business process improvement than when selecting and implementing a new system. There are also opportunities for business process improvement when an upgrade is performed. In both cases, we will identify the existing problems (which are in fact the opportunities), their impact and potential solutions.
• Implementation – We don't walk away from the project once the selection process is completed. We help transition our clients & vendors into the implementation phase and ensure they know what is expected. Our services also include coaching our client’s project managers and team members so that they can implement a successful project.
• Business Case Development – It's no longer acceptable to justify an investment in IT based on staying competitive or keeping pace with technology advancements. There must be a business case. Our methodology includes preparation of ROI based on responses by vendors to an RFI or RFP as well as identifying tangible benefits arising from eliminating the specific problems identified in our business process review.
• Project Management - Project management is a key factor in predicting success of any project. We are seasoned veterans in project management with certification (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Expert Witness – Unfortunately ERP implementations sometimes fail for both the company that is being implemented and the company doing the implementation. The costs of failure are huge and include not just licenses and implementation services but also internal costs and interruption to business. The costs go higher when the two parties cannot come to terms. We can help either as arbitrator or as an expert witness.
• ERP Diagnostic and Implementation Audit – We can help organizations part way through an implementation to make sure that things are going well and provide advice on what should be done to get back on track. We can also help organizations that have completed the implementation to evaluate how things went in terms of whether the goals were met, the problems resolved and processes have been optimized.

• Business Case Approach - We believe you need a business case to invest in information technology. In some cases, the business case for replacement of an existing system is simple - the old system is no longer supported. But the costs may vary significantly across alternatives and it may not be clear which alternative is the best. We will assist in evaluating the business case for each alternative.
• Alignment with corporate strategy - We start all our projects with an understanding of your Critical Success Factors (CSF's) - what you must do well in order to be successful.
• Measurements of Success – Before starting any project, you should know its measure of success. We believe that there should be goal measurements or metrics associated with the Critical Success Factors and it’s not time to celebrate until most if not all the metrics have been achieved.
• Cut to the Chase - We don't get bogged down in unnecessary detail.
• Responsiveness - We are prepared to do what it takes to get the job done on time.
• Fixed Fee - We provide fixed fees based on the number of interviews we need to conduct in order to understand the existing business processes.
