Very shady collection agency. I have no problem with collection agencies in general. I try to pay off bills and debts as they come in, but I have also had to resolve some things with collection agencies. As an individual who has some experience with agencies I have made it my business to be current with the legal operating restrictions that keep collection agencies from behaving like mafia hit men. The Fair Debt Collection Act limits the number of contact communications per week and outlines legal and illegal times of day for collection calls. This particular company is one of the most offensive agencies I have ever experienced! Most times that they call, they hang up when I answer - even on the first ring. They call well outside the legal hours and they call several times every week, which is illegal. Several times, I have attempted to resolve my debt they are handling and each time their representatives talk over me, raise their voice, and have even threatened me with police action. Shameful that there are horrible companies that other foolish companies hire without doing research into their practices and methods of operation. I have filed complaints with the better business bureau and encourage you to do the same. They claim to have mailed several things to me but I haven't received a single piece of mail from them ever. We have been fighting on the phone for several months, a few times each week, and I still don't even know who they are alleging that I owe money too! I truly believe this is a scam company that is trying to illicit payments for debts that don't actually exist, or they have gained access to another agency's account list and are trying to collect it first. Absolutely beyond sketchy!
