Birthdays are special and we’re always excited to have our Guests celebrate their birthday with us! Many of our locations do offer Kids Eat Free on their birthday up to the age of 10, however it is at each franchisee's discretion, so this offer is available at participating locations only. Yes. We have an amazing Kids’ Menu full of entrées kids love, including a healthy offering developed using the information outlined in Canada’s Food Guide.

Our famous smoky BBQ ribs are pork back ribs. A true labour of love, our ribs are dry rubbed and marinated in-house for 24 hours, braised to tender perfection, and then grilled-to-order and smothered in our smoky BBQ sauce.

Our fresh-cut fries are chipped daily, from fresh, whole Canadian potatoes. Once they’re cleaned, and perfectly chipped into fries, they are blanched to ensure firmness and crispness. Then they’re fried to order and served hot, just the way you like them!

We start with fresh - never frozen - chickens that are basted by Swiss Chalet’s specially trained cooks, placed on a spit and loaded into a rotisserie oven where they roast in their own juices before being removed from the spit and cut fresh to order.
