You can return a purchase made through RONA inc. Online: if the order has not been processed, you can cancel your order through the Returns and Orders page In-Store: contact the store selected during your purchase Customer Service: call 1-866-283-2239 (toll-free) Monday to Sunday, between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. (ET) If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel or modify it. Once you have received your order, you can request a refund with Customer Service.
After you receive the email confirming that your order is ready, you will have 7 days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within this period, we will cancel it and refund you on your credit card.
