HomeHealth24x7® understands that there are patients that require around the clock 24 hour care. People with Alzheimer’s or other debilitating chronic conditions can be at risk without attended care.
With our 24-Hour Care, your loved one will receive attentive care, day and night. With this service, two or three caregivers cover a 24-hour shift.
24-Hour Care includes:
Administering medications
Turning the client every two hours if bed bound
Preparing meals and helping the client eat
Range-of-motion exercises
Incontinence care
Immediate response if client’s condition changes
Frequent status reports for family members via the telephone or text messages
Specific services to help reduce the impact of these conditions can be provided by shifts of caregivers and may include both medical and non-medical care.
