*Scammer Alert - snow removal* I paid $400 to Brian Phalen (I believe it’s the owner of B&L Landscaping and Snow Removal) for his driveway snow removal services on Nov 26th, 2023, without receiving any receipt or contract from him. According to his email, the service covers from Nov 1st 2023 to April 15th, 2024. But my friend told me that as of now, no one has come over to remove the snow, so they have to shovel the driveway by themselves. I called this person and asked for a full refund, but I couldn’t get a satisfactory response. Please be extra careful when dealing with this person/company.
