Hired Dryer Vent Wizard for my dryer vent cleaning. They also installed a new dryer vent line for me. My clothes were needing two cycles to dry. I assumed it was time to buy another dryer. A buddy of mine told me it may be a dryer vent issue and not the dryer. He also recommended Dryer Vent Wizard who had installed his dryer vents and dryer vent covers for him. I reached out to them and their customer service department person was extremely friendly. I booked an appointment and the dryer vent technician arrived the day of. I never realized how much there was to know about dryer vents. It took them a few hours to clean and repair my dryer vent system. The amount of lint they got out of my dryer vent was unbelievable. They even left my laundry room in better shape than when they got there. Their prices were extremely reasonable compared to all the work they put in. My clothes now dry with just one cycle again. I am extremely pleased with their services and have them going to my parents house next! Keep up the good work folks.
