Blaine and his staff are very friendly & professional ! The Gym atmosphere is a non-pressure and not intimidating whatsoever yet motivating experience that I would suggest to anyone looking for a personal trainer in a clean ,friendly & non crowded facility, as there is limited clients training at any given time ......hats off to Blaine and his crew for making the concept work well !
